Got way too excited seeing the price and mileage, then utter disappointment. At least it's priced low.

Not really related but I just got this email offer and thought I'd share:
HOW ABOUT....A 2014 X1 (stock# 14918) for $181/mo+ taxes $5k down (total) with 10,000 miles per year*!
The $5K down is a lot but still not bad. New X1 for not much more than my monthly cell phone bill...

Rusto you are getting ROBBED by your cell phone provider.

That's not bad. You could easily trade the CF parts for stock ones to some bro with a hellaflush P.O.S. Probably even get some cash on top

The McDonalds option package.

I was thinking that, but then do I really want to own a car with "that" kind of previous owner.

Yes Big Red is too damn expensive!!

Sounds like you are paying the depreciation for them.

But its different when your a stealership! they didnt really increase value or price if you ask me, that seems like a fair price off the top of my head for a stock ver of the same year with same miles on a 6 year old car, considering how much they cost brand new in 08... but i'll have to do some research to see if that is true.
coming from them its more "dealership selling points" and "buzz words to entice you to see it" and less "look at how much i spend on mods and want to transfer the cost to you cause im too lazy to put my car back to stock...." lolz

I'm with sprint (meh service) but the price is really nice. I've been trying to switch over to someone else though.
Unlimited everything is less than $100 for me.

It's actually about the price of a rebuilt G37. So the previous owner spent $$ to effectively make his car value go down. I think the price is still a little high, but it's definitely not priced the same as unmolested G37s.

Oh yeah these things are pretty cheap, aren't they. So $5K is a huge chunk up front

Sprint can't into Orange County
Used to have them
They don't even work here anymore

Was it a 36 month lease? That's close to $12k. I would say perfect for the dealer. You just paid for their depreciation and now they can make more $$ selling it as a certified po.

They've been getting better and better on the east coast. I still want to switch, but they're greedy bastards. I'll have to buy an entirely new iPhone if I want to switch because any phone on sprint ONLY works on sprint. :(
Also, might be out in San Diego this winter. That should be fun!

really? rebuilt? not trying to be a douche here just surprised is all,
here is what an unmolested g37 sport goes for in the bay area with same mileage... (45,501)
http://www.kbb.com/infiniti/g/200…
($22,000+)
and here is the standard non sport which im beginning to think this car is
http://www.kbb.com/infiniti/g/200…
($20,000+)
as far as the MOD argument goes, i think event he stealership valued the car lower than its unmolested value because of the mods... (if it were being sold in my area at least)

Not sure, probably
Yeah it doesn't make sense
If the up front payment was more like $500 then it wouldn't be half bad

That sucks! Is there an unlocked CDMA iPhone yet that works with both Sprint and Verizon? Or is the only unlocked one GSM?
Oh you gotta come to OC then!
And now I have a deadline to buy a Ferrari!
![]() 08/15/2014 at 20:57 |

Nope, even though my iPhone is CDMA (like Verizon) sprint will not unlock it for use on any other carrier. Apparently apple signed an agreement with sprint saying CDMA phones will not be unlocked to be used on US SIM networks. It's all just a moneymaking scheme by sprint. I tried having my moms iPhone 4s unlocked and put on t-mobile but it ended up with spotty coverage, so we had to sell it (for a loss) and buy her an iPhone from t-mobile.
How far of a drive is OC? 2 M3's and a 911 would be MORE than enough to wow me haha!
![]() 08/16/2014 at 00:15 |

That is bullshit!! Maybe I'll switch from Verizon to ATT then so I can have an unlocked GSM iPhone. My other phone is on T Mobile and it's unlocked.
OC is only 80 miles from SD!

I'm confused here? I said they did undervalue it due to the mods. It's actually about the price of rebuilt G37s with similar mileage. All I was saying is the mods done actually made it similarly priced to rebuilt title cars.

Butman Ford? I'm maybe 1/2 a mile away from this lot right now. Maybe I'll go take a look a while later...

ooooohhhh i get it now... lolz
so it it cost as much as a rebuilt one. haha that sucks! Mods never translate well in the retail market... that being said, its tough to decide if you HAD to choose though, this or a rebuilt... i dont know which i would choose, think i would just choose to keep the money in my pocket then risk buying either... lol
